Hello, 

I'm an Integrated Expressive Therapist, Professional Supervisor and Training Facilitator focused on helping people build connection, clarity and confidence in ways that feel grounded, creative and real. For me, this work is about creating spaces where people feel safe to reconnect with themselves and with others. 

I work with individuals and couples, combining creative practices with movement, embodiment, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I've always believed that healing isn't just something that happens in the mind, it's something we feel throughout our whole body and the spaces in between. That's why my approach integrates both creativity and movement, drawing from my experience in therapeutic arts practice and embodied expression, as well as my background in personal training and exercise prescription.

After working with individuals for many years, I made the commitment to expand my practice to couples after seeing firsthand, the shifts experienced when working relationally, together in a safe, emotionally focused therapeutic space. What had been "stuck" individually for some time, shifted within a few sessions and improved not only the couple relationship but the relationship with one's self.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I am an accredited Professional Supervisor, supporting  counsellors, creative therapists, support coordinators and recovery coaches to reflect on their practice and grow sustainable careers. I also work within the NDIS landscape, bringing together more than decade of experience across disability, health, and wellness sectors to provide both direct support to participants, and professional guidance and training to practitioners and service providers.​

When I'm not in the therapeutic or training spaces you'll find me outside adventuring - on foot or two wheels, renovating my adorable little Queenslander cottage, or travelling and exploring this amazing country where we live.
