About the Course
Description:
Learning Outcomes: During this interactive online event, you will have the opportunity to understand and implement foundational strategies and actions required to navigate the NDIS.
Learning from an experienced Therapists working in the NDIS Landscape that also works as a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you’ll uncover ways to engage with your participants Support Coordinator by knowing what questions to ask to get the best possible results.

Key Learning Objectives / Outcomes:
This training will provide you with practical information and tools to help you get the best possible outcome for your participants. It will equip you with the knowledge and confidence about what you can request and ask for, helping you to identify what to write in your reports and knowing what language and terminology to use to satisfy the NDIA.
On completion you will hold a toolbox of practical strategies that you can apply to help your participant obtain the appropriate funding and receive counselling and creative therapies as ‘STATED’ supports in their plans.
Course Schedule: 2hr online learning component and 1hr to complete the assessment after course completion.
Attendees will be provided with a certificate on completion of assessment, after the event.

Sherryn Wynne

Sherryn has worked in the NDIS landscape since its rollout in her local area of Sunshine Coast/Gympie, QLD. She is experienced working with people from all walks of life with a special interest in integrated expressive therapy, supervision and training. Sherryn works in private practice with individuals, couples and professionals. She combines her therapeutic experience with her NDIS Support Coordinator role to provide this unique training that gives therapist and other NDIS service providers a solid foundation on how to navigate this evolving space that is NDIS.
